KUAT TEKAN CAMPURAN ROLLER COMPACTED CONCRETE (RCC) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SILIKA FUME DAN SUPER PLASTICIZER

Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) menjadikan alternatif perkerasan kaku di desain dengan beton mutu tinggi agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal untuk indonesia dikarena pekerjaan lebih cepat dan material ekonomis kecepatan konstruksi tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan nilai faktor air semen (FAS) rendah yakni 0,25 bahan mineral silica fume serta kimia super plasticizer atau water reducer. Proporsi digunakan pada penelitian penggunaan 10% silika variasi 2,4% 0,6%. Proses pemadatan campuran RCC alat penumbuk standard proctor berat 2,5 kg ditumbuk sebanyak 25 tumbukan/lapis dalam 3 lapis. Benda uji silinder ukuran 100x200 mm, pengujian kuat tekan umur 1 28 hari. Hasil hari Variasi 25,25 Mpa sedangkan 38,24 MPa. Nilai telah masuk spesifikasi range umumnya berkisar antara 4000 sampai 6000 Psi (28 41 MPa).
